The port of Termoli is the only port in Molise. It is a port for passengers, fishing boats, and recreational boating use. The entire port is characterized by the presence of three piers: the southern one, used as a tourist marina called Marina di San Pietro, with a bar and restaurant that hosts pleasure boats for 300 berths, boat and bicycle rentals; and the northern one, which extends for over a kilometer and houses the shipyards. Just below the distinctive spiral staircase, the fishing port is visible, hosting both trawlers and smaller boats for net fishing. The second part of the arm accommodates passenger ferries heading to the Tremiti Islands, with connections guaranteed year-round, as well as to Croatia. During the year, given its vastness, the area is also used for popular festivals, festivals (see "Sagra del Pesce"), events, or concerts (it also hosted one of Lucio Dalla's last concerts). In the same area, there is the fish market, where upon returning from fishing trips, fishermen hold a characteristic auction to determine the price of the various species caught.
